To help our leadership become role models for building an inclusive culture and diverse workforce, they are asked to attend a two-session training program delivered by a diversity, equity and inclusion firm.
We're working hard to minimize unconscious bias in the hiring process. This includes hiring manager and recruiter training, the implementation of a structured interview process and hiring manager tools, and making sure that both the manager and the recruiter openly and candidly discuss potential bias and opportunity.
We aim to achieve diversification at every level of our supply chain through our Supplier Diversity Program. We are actively seeking out, and promoting the procurement of goods and services from certified minority, woman, veteran-service disabled, veteran-owned, LGBTQ+, and disabled owned businesses.
