Data & Graphing Interactives
Data & Graphing Interactives help to strengthen critical-thinking skills through a series of exercises that ask students to analyze various data sets and draw conclusions from the data presented. Each interactive is assignable and assessable through questions within Connect.
BioNOW Videos
BioNOW videos are engaging and entertaining concept-based videos that walk students through simple experiments to reinforce relevancy of content to students’ daily lives. Each video is assignable and assessable with over 20 questions per video to use pre- or post-lecture. Additionally, instructor and student guides offer additional opportunities to utilize the videos for in-class activities or critical thinking exercises.

NutritionCalc Plus Cases
Assignable and autograded with NutritionCalc Plus reports, these case studies are designed to help students apply their knowledge and gain further insight into dietary analysis. They can be used with students who have body-image sensitivities. There are currently 18 Cases available with autograded content and an additional 10 coming in the summer of 2024.
Assess My Diet
Autograded assignments in Connect complement the NutritonCalc Plus tool. These questions cover all of the macro and micro nutrients you want students to track.
